By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Site and the online sales service are operated by:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ittica Nora Soc. Coop \u2014 Registered office: Laguna di Nora, localit\u00e0 Nora, Pula \u2014 VAT no. \/ Tax code: IT 01522880929 \u2014 Operational site: Laguna di Nora Visitor Centre, Localit\u00e0 Nora, Pula (SU) \u2013 Sardinia \u2014 Tel. +39 351 5971424 \u2013 Email: booking@lagunadinora.it<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n (hereinafter the “Organisation”)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Site allows the purchase of entrance tickets to the Laguna di Nora Visitor Centre, guided excursions and activities (snorkelling, canoeing, birdwatching, pontoon boat, etc.) and combined tickets including access to the Nora Archaeological Area and\/or the Coltellazzo Tower. The characteristics of each activity (duration, times, minimum and maximum number of participants, age or ability requirements) are set out in the relevant product page, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Purchases are made through the Site’s e-commerce platform. Upon completion of the order, the customer receives an order confirmation email with a summary of the purchase. This email confirms receipt of the order and payment, but does not constitute confirmation that the activity will take place, as specified in Art. 5. 5.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Prices shown on the Site are in Euro and include VAT, where applicable. Payments are processed through Stripe, a certified payment provider that guarantees transaction security. The Organisation never has access to the customer’s full payment card details. Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable in all cases (see Art. 9). <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The purchase of a ticket does not automatically guarantee that the activity will take place on the selected date and time.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Activities are subject to:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/ul>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n If the activity cannot take place (unfavourable weather conditions, unavailability of operators or failure to reach the minimum number of participants), the customer will be contacted by the ticket office, using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, to reschedule the activity for a new date or obtain a refund of the ticket (see Arts. 7 and 9).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Combined tickets include services provided by third parties (Nora Archaeological Area), which has its own ticket office independent of the Organisation. The conditions of Art. 5 also apply to these tickets: purchase does not automatically guarantee confirmation of the visit. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Visiting times at the Nora Archaeological Area must be agreed directly with the dedicated ticket office:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/ul>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Organisation is not responsible for schedule changes, closures or service disruptions attributable to the management of the Archaeological Area.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n If the activity cannot take place for the reasons set out in Art. 5 (weather conditions, unavailability of operators, failure to reach the minimum number of participants) or other causes of force majeure, the Organisation will notify the customer as soon as possible, using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In this case, the customer may choose between:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/ol>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The date and time selected at the time of purchase cannot be changed at the customer’s initiative. Changes of date, time or activity, and transfers of the booking, are not permitted, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Organisation. Cancellation by the customer does not entitle them to any refund (see Art. 9).<\/strong> Changes of date, time or activity, and transfers of the booking, are not permitted, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Organisation. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The rescheduling option under Art. 7 is reserved exclusively for cancellations made by the Organisation. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Refunds, where due, are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days of the request. In all refund cases, the transaction fees charged by the payment provider will not be refunded: the amount returned will be equal to the price paid net of such fees. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n No refund is due in the event of:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/ul>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services concerning leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. The purchase of tickets and excursions with a set date is therefore not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period provided for online purchases. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Participants must arrive sufficiently in advance of the activity time, follow the instructions of guides and operators, comply with the regulations of the park and the protected area, and assess whether their physical condition is adequate for the chosen activity, reporting any relevant medical conditions or limitations. The Organisation reserves the right to exclude from the activity, without refund, anyone who fails to comply with safety rules or behaves in a way that damages the lagoon ecosystem. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Minors.<\/strong> Participation of children under 18 is permitted only if accompanied by a parent or another adult exercising responsibility for them, who is accountable for their conduct, their safety and compliance with the age or ability requirements indicated on the product page. Anyone purchasing tickets on behalf of minors declares that they are their parent, guardian or authorised accompanying adult. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Personal data provided during purchase or through the contact and booking forms (name, email, telephone number, number of adults and children, any information about disabilities or medical conditions voluntarily provided for safety purposes) is processed by the Organisation in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), solely for the purposes of managing the booking and providing the purchased services.
